Two major things would make a huge difference especially because the maps are not detailed. 1, Announce each stop according to it's number on the map. 2, Place these numbers on the bus stop sign posts. 3, If the headset could announce the number of the next stop in advance, that would stop us worrying about where we are on the route. Other than that, it was a great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. highly recommended.”
