“DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VIATOR!! I booked this tour for me and my parents. They are elderly and have mobility issues so I thought a bus ride would be good so they could see the sights of Berlin. As directed in my ticket, we went to the bus stop. We were 25 mins early and waited for 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. No bus arrived. I paid over £70 for the tickets.
