“Do Not use Big Bus Hop on Hop Off Miami! If there was a 0 Stars I would use it! We are experienced travellers, flew into Miami Fl early so we would tour Miami via Big Bus. However after paying for transit from hotel to Little Havana Big Bus stop.. waited over 2 hr, NO BUS ever came. Tried calling the local office Closed, Yelp showed business Closed, local shops said havent seen a bus in a long time. We are out $172.00 USD, plus our transit costs for 4.”
